Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing www.executivepackers.com, requesting a quotation, or booking a move, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” means EXECUTIVE PACKERS AND MOVERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, CUIN: 0343883, owner of www.executivepackers.com.
  • “Customer”, “You”, “Your” means the person booking our services.
  • “Services” means Household Shifting, Office Relocation, Vehicle Transportation, Packing, Storage, and International Relocation.
  • “Goods” means all movable items entrusted to us for transport.

2. Use of Website www.executivepackers.com

2.1 The content on www.executivepackers.com including text, logo, images, and SECP Certificate is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.
2.2 You agree not to misuse our website for any unlawful purpose, spamming, hacking, or attempting to extract data.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify or suspend the website at any time.

3. Company Status Disclosure

We are a Private Limited Company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. CUIN: 0343883. You can verify us live on SECP official portal. As per SECP disclaimer on the Certificate, this Certificate of Incorporation is not permission to accept public deposits, engage in MLM, Forex, Lottery, or any other unlawful business. We operate only as Packers and Movers and logistics service provider.

4. Quotations & Survey

4.1 All quotations are FREE and based on physical survey, video survey, or inventory list provided by you.
4.2 Quotation is valid for 7 days only and subject to change due to fuel price increase.
4.3 If actual volume/goods on moving day are more than declared, extra charges will apply.
4.4 Quotation includes standard packing, loading, transport, unloading unless otherwise mentioned. It does NOT include AC/LED/Geyser dismantling, carpenter, electrician, parking challan unless mentioned.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking is confirmed only after 50% advance payment.
  • Payment Mode: Payment must be made ONLY to our Company Bank Account titled EXECUTIVE PACKERS AND MOVERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. We are not responsible for any cash paid to any driver or helper without an official company receipt.
  • Balance 50% must be paid before unloading at destination for only Domestic Shipments. For International Destintiotion Port to Port or Door to Door shipments and Car/Bike Transportation, 100% advance is required.
  • All prices are exclusive of any government taxes unless mentioned.
  • We will issue an official Company Receipt / Bill of Lading / Lorry Receipt with our CUIN: 0343883 for every booking.

6. Customer’s Responsibilities

  • You or your authorized representative must be present at both origin and destination during packing and delivery.
  • You must obtain all permissions for truck parking, lift usage, and society gate entry.
  • You must inform us in writing about fragile, high-value, glass, antique items before packing.
  • You Must Carry Valuables Personally: Cash, Jewellery, Gold, Foreign Currency, Original Documents, Passports, Property Papers, Laptops, Mobile Phones must NEVER be loaded in the truck. Company is NOT liable for them.
  • You must ensure your goods do not contain any prohibited items.
  • Accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Proper access to both locations incase of improper execess extrae expenses will be responsibiliy of shipper
  • Prohibited Items – We Will NOT Transport

7. Service Agreement

By confirming a booking with Executive Packers and Movers, the customer agrees to engage our services for packing, loading, transportation, unloading, households relocation services within Pakistan or worldwide by air/sea door to door delivery at any international destination

All services are provided in accordance with the agreed-upon quotation, scope of work and availability.

 

8. Pricing and Payments

  • All service charges are communicated before job confirmation.
  • Prices may vary based on distance, volume of goods, labor requirements and special handling needs.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Extra labor
    • Waiting time
    • Storage
    • Detention
    • Demmurrage
    • Exams Holds at any seaport for international shipments
    • Duties and taxes
    • War/Strikes
    • Rescheduling or route changes
  • Full or partial payment may be required before or after service as per the agreement.

9. Packing and Handling

  • We use professional packing materials and techniques for safe transportation.
  • Fragile items must be declared in advance.
  • While we take maximum care, minor wear and tear during transport may occur due to the nature of relocation services.

10. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during booking.
  • Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions or unforeseen operational delays.
  • We strive to complete all deliveries within the agreed timeframe but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

11. Inspection of Goods

  • Customers are advised to inspect items at the time of delivery.
  • Any damage or missing items must be reported within delivery time.
  • Late complaints may not be entertained.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must inform us in advance of any cancellations or schedule changes.
  • Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur additional charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will depend on service status and operational costs incurred.

13. Liability Limitation

Executive Packers and Movers takes full care in handling goods; however, we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper packing by the customer
  • Unreported fragile or high-value items
  • Delays due to weather, traffic or government restrictions
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Insurance options may be offered for high-value shipments upon request.

14. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include:

  • Illegal or restricted goods
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
  • Perishable items without prior approval
  • Items prohibited under Pakistani law

We reserve the right to refuse transportation of such items.

15. Service Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Security or government restrictions

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in such cases.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website belong to Executive Packers and Movers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
